Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receiving the items without giving any reason.

Consequences of revocation:

If you cancel your contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of the contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. You are also responsible for the risk of loss or damage to the goods during return transport.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal:

The goods must be in their original condition and packaging, with no signs of use from the customer's perspective. If they are damaged and/or contaminated, the cancellation will not be accepted.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been personalized or made especially for you. This applies to all non-prefabricated items, such as personalized posters, photo books, engravings, personalized necklaces, jewelry and similar products. Earrings and piercings are also excluded from returns for hygiene reasons.

If we receive personalized products or earrings as returns, they will automatically be sent back to you.

When ordering product sets or bundles, partial returns of individual products are not possible. In the event of a return, the entire set or bundle must be returned. If individual products from a set or bundle are nevertheless returned, the corresponding value of the returned product will be refunded in the form of a gift voucher, based on the price paid for the individual product as part of the set or bundle.
If your right of return has expired and we have not previously confirmed an extended right of return, your return will automatically be sent back to you.
