How long will it take to receive my order?
Products displayed on our website are usually delivered within 6-15 business days. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. In the event of any delays or missing products not shown on our website, we will inform you.

We do not process exchanges online.
Can I return my order?
Our return policy for products purchased online* is valid for 30 days after the dispatch date. If more than 30 days have passed since the dispatch date, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. However, if in doubt, please contact us. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Some product types are not returnable.
